After three years of crafting and sharing my love for ferments with each and every one of you, I have made the difficult decision to close the doors of Heirloom New York.

Since launching Heirloom out of my BedStuy apartment in 2021, it has been nothing short of amazing, filled with unforgettable moments—features in the Wall Street Journal and Food & Wine Mag, not to mention the joy of serving my ferments across the country. It's been an honor to have Heirloom be a part of your gatherings and on your tables over the last few years.

My decision to close hasn’t come easy, influenced by the challenges of being a one-man team and the relentless attention that a beverage business demands in addition to a full-time job. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank each of you who has supported Heirloom in so many ways. Because of your support, I’m holding onto the hope of new projects that may lie ahead and I hope to meet you there.

 With love,
Joshua
